Shipping policy

Please allow up to 7 days for order processing of premade items. Order processing times will vary for preorders and custom orders. Preorders will include the processing time on the product pages. For custom orders, you will be provided a processing time during your consultation. Once your order is processed, shipping time is based upon the option you select at checkout. Delivery dates are estimated by USPS and are subject to change. Lovely Loam, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
